Runsheng Wang, MD MHS FACR

Dr. Wang is a board-certified rheumatologist with over 10 years of experience in the diagnosis and treatment of adult patients (age 18 and above) with arthritis and autoimmune conditions, including joint pain, rheumatoid arthritis, gout, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, lupus, Sjögren's, scleroderma, myositis, vasculitis, and more.

Dr. Wang is committed to providing an individualized treatment plan for each patient. She tailors state-of-the-art treatment options to your health history and personal circumstances, and helps you understand your disease and make informed decisions.

Academically, Dr. Wang is an expert in the diagnosis and treatment of seronegative spondyloarthritis (ankylosing spondylitis, psoriatic arthritis). Prior to founding Garden State Rheumatology Consultants, she was a rheumatologist and Assistant Professor of Medicine at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. Dr. Wang has published many papers in leading rheumatology journals, received the SAA Young Investigator Award in axial SpA, presented at national and international conferences, and participated in multi-center clinical studies.
