COVID-19 precautions

We are taking extra precautions and safety measures during COVID-19 pandemic, to protect our patients as well as our staff.

• We limit the number of patients in the waiting area; all the chairs are at least 6-feet away from each other.
• For your convenience and safety, patients will be provided with opportunities to complete their registration, insurance information and other necessary forms prior to the appointment.
• Our provider and staff are fully vaccinated and wear appropriate protective gears in the clinic; and we kindly ask all patients wear a face mask during their visits, unless they are instructed otherwise by our clinic staff or provider.
